The guy supervising the employees had the most unexperienced kid there working on my vehicle basically unsupervised, until after he broke tire pressure management module that is on the back side of the valve stem. Then after the fact everyone flocked over to try to make a broken part work. Then the manager/owner proceeded to tell me that it was broke and there was nothing he could do, even though now I have a service light on my dash that I did not have prior to getting these tires put on by smiths tire in Uniontown indiana. A 50 some odd dollar part on ebay probably used so this was not a good experience by any means. We were very disappointed !!!
This place was very accessibile. It was right off the expressway. They just need to advertise in the expressway to let people know where to get tires fix.
